Specialty Plated Dinner Menu
(minimum of 10 people)

     

    APPETIZERS

     

    Baked Brie - Brie wedges, brown sugar and almond slivers, 
    wrapped in puff pastry, served with apple chutney.   $6.95

                        

    Bruschetta - Toasted baguette slices topped with roma tomatoes, fresh basil, red onion and freshly grated parmesan cheese.  $6.95 

     

    Crab Stuffed Mushrooms - Button stuffed mushrooms
    with crab meat and mix of spices.  Topped with
    bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.     $6.95

      
                    Mini Chicken Quesadillas      $8.95
     

    Cheryl's Homemade Queso and Salsa with chips    $5.95

    Sampler Platter - featuring baked brie, bruschetta, 
    crab stuffed mushrooms and mini chicken quesadillas.

    SALADS

     

    Spring Mix - A blend of organic  baby greens, red onion slices, 
    strawberries, mandarin oranges, candied pecans
    with raspberry vinaigrette dressing.  $5.95

    Spinach Salad - Spinach greens, feta cheese, red onion slices,
    bacon bits,
     hard boiled egg, cranberries and toasted almonds 
    with creole
    mustard dressing.       $5.95

    House Specialty 8 oz. Center Cut Filet - Angus beef, aged 21 days,
    atop a red wine portabella mushroom sauce, served with mini bakers. Introductory Price   $28.95

    14 oz. New York Strip - Angus beef, seasoned with Cheryl's dry rub,
    on a red portabella mushroom sauce and topped with feta cheese,
    served with baby bakers.       $21.95

    16 oz. Ribeye - Angus beef, seasoned with Cheryl's dry rub, on a
    red wine portabella mushroom sauce, served with baby bakers.
    $21.95

    8 oz. Sirloin Filet - Angus Beef, with a red wine portabella
    mushroom sauce and accompanied with baby bakers.  $16.95 


    SEAFOOD AND FISH

    Colossal Shrimp Skewers - 2 skewers of 4 shrimp each,
    grilled and seasoned with lime and garlic glaze, served on
    a bed of angel hair pasta.       $16.95

    Jumbo Butterfly Fried Shrimp - with choice of
    baby bakers or steak fries.    $16.95

    Barbecue Roasted Salmon
    The flavor is an intriguing blend of sweet (brown sugar
    and cinnamon), spicy (chili powder and cumin lend a barbecue
    taste), and tart (from lemon rind).  Served with wild rice.  $15.95

    Crab Cakes - 2 hand-made lump cold water crab cakes with
    angel hair pasta or wild rice.     $16.95

    Tortilla Crusted Tilapia - Crusted with a special seasoned mix.
    Served with seasoned black beans and wild rice,
    served with green tomatillo sauce.

    Pollo Italia - Boneless, skinless chicken breast, marinated in
    Italian herbs and seasonings for a moist, zesty flavor, served
    with wild rice.           $11.95
     
    Foccaccia Chicken - Chicken breast lightly coated in Italian
    seasonings and bread crumbs, with tomato basil topping.  $13.95

     

    Hickory Smoked Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin Filet - 2 pork filets, Seared and roasted with a cranberry pineapple relish, served with tuscan
